i thought id put a bit off a build thread together!
iv had the car about a year and a half now, brought it for my self for my 21st, happy b day to me
the car looked like this when i first brought her!
was fairly happy with her for a while untill i started doing one or two modifications
and she now looks like this

The cam cover has metal flake in it but doesnt show up in camera
Had the K100 ecu fitted to my Car mapped and dynoed at TDI North!

made 209 before map and then 218 after, but my exhaust was being restrictive
so went back a week later with some better piping on! and it made 228 and a shed load more power mid range!
the air box i had on ( ITG Maxogen ) did me no favours on a dyno especialy the TDI one. as the intake sits down in the wheel arch, which when your driving is fine as air gets everywhere, sat on the floor as you can see in the pic no air got under the car so the temps were to hot so it read a bit lower than it is in real life
took it to another dyno and similar problems
air wasnt getting to the filter enough so again ran lower,
Gruppe M filter on now which is stupid;y expensive but the best one you can buy. so cant wait to get it on the dyno again and see what the true figures are, ( give or take 230-234 )
( i wouldnt get caught up on peak power figures on a civic they mean nothing

Iv brought an RBC inlet manifold of a friend ( not getting it till end of month!)
when paired and ported with a 70mm Throttle body and another map should give me a healthy power increase accross the rev range
i think that is everything. im sure iv missed something!
